Please read our visitor information about Arts and Culture at CCCU before contacting the team.

What parking is available?

St Gregory’s Centre for Music, on North Holmes Road, is open to the public on weekdays after 5pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays (check local signage for times). There is on-street parking along North Holmes Road.

Is there disabled parking available on campus?

Unfortunately, we are not able to book disabled parking spaces for visitors. Blue badge holders may be able to find on-street parking near the main entrances to the campus.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You do not need to print your ticket. We recommend that you have your ticket available on your phone, if possible. However, staff managing events will also have a list of ticketholders on the door.

I can’t log in to my account to book a ticket

If this is your first time using the CCCU box office, please create a new account.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the instructions to have it reset.

For staff and students of CCCU: the box office is not linked to other CCCU systems, and you will need to create a separate login to book tickets. We recommend that you use a distinct password for this account.

If you continue to have problems, please email us on artsandculture@canterbury.ac.uk

What discounts are available?

Most of our events are free. Our paid events often have concessionary rates for OAPs, students, staff and alumni. As discounts can vary, we recommend that you look at the ticket options available for the event(s) that you would like to attend.

Do you give refunds?

If an event is cancelled, or postponed to a date you are unable to attend, we will issue full refunds.

All other refunds are offered on a discretionary basis. If you can no longer attend an event, we recommend informing us as soon as possible and we may be able to offer a refund or credit.

In all instances, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations at less than 72 hours’ notice.

What do I do if an event is fully booked?

If an event is fully booked, please email artsandculture@canterbury.ac.uk in the first instance so that we can add you to our waiting list. In addition to adding you to the list, we can also advise on your likelihood of getting tickets.

If we are unable to accommodate the full waiting list for a sold-out event, you are welcome to come along and check the availability of tickets with front-of-house staff 20 minutes prior to the start time of the event. Once all ticketholders have been seated, we can arrange additional tickets for others waiting in-person.

In all cases, we will adhere to the venue capacities and any relevant public health guidance.
