Typical projects
On a day-to-day basis, many pages within the site are updated by the Web Development Team. Each page has a "comments about this page" link which provides users with a useful mechanism for getting in touch with us.
Content Management System
The Content Management System project has progressed via a series of planned stages, including the launch of a new external home page in January 2008. All the faculty websites have now been migrated into the CMS, along with Broadstairs, Medway and Salomons campus websites. By the end of the project, all external websites will be migrated into the CMS.
Corporate Web
The Corporate web project has started with the migration to CMS of the business website. An initial web content audit has been completed to help streamline the current content and to define more user focussed and targeted content.
At present work is underway to redesign the external facing 'Study here' and internal StaffNet areas.
