Smoke Free Environment Policy

The national smoking ban came into effect on 1 July 2007. It is now against the law to smoke in enclosed public places, workplaces and public and work vehicles.

In addition, the University's Smoke Free Policy came into effect on the same day. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on any of the University's campuses, except in the designated smoking areas.
