Applying for Entry Clearance (EEA Nationals)
If you are a national of an EEA country (the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or Switzerland then you can enter the UK freely as a student with very little documentation. You are not required to apply for entry clearance, though you may still be asked to show evidence that you have been accepted onto a course of study and you will need your passport.
