The University Student Support Services (Financial Support) is always looking to improve the help and support that is provided for students. To do this, we need your help in letting us know the things you found helpful or unhelpful when you applied for Discretionary Support Funds as a student with Canterbury Christ Church University. We would appreciate it if you would spend a few moments to complete the enclosed short questionnaire, and return it back to us.
Placing your name on the questionnaire is optional, but please be assured that all replies will be treated in the strictest confidence. We may use some general statistics drawn anonymously from the questionnaire in reports about our service or research into the effectiveness of our work. We are interested in your honest opinions, whether they are positive or negative, and all your responses will be taken into account.
