built a Student Study Support Blackboard where we put materials from the workshops, and lots more.  All students can access this Blackboard via the Student Support tab at the top of your Blackboard Homepage.

We did...
ensured that Kristina Massey (our MHA) was available to see students at North Holmes Road campus.  She practices a flexible meeting system, where students can advise where they would be most comfortable meeting (within reason).

recruited an ICT Trainer, Gillian Avard, who works Monday to Wednesday, and you can book an appointment with her by contacting the i-zone (email i-zone@canterbury.ac.uk or phone 01227 782222), in the first instance.

We did...
Our Employability & Careers Services organised daily drop-ins in Augustine House Library for quick queries (CV checks, covering letters, application forms).  The drop-in times are listed on the Employability & Careers homepage.

We did...
Jolene Svoboda, our Dyslexia and Neuro-diversity Adviser, has arranged for some evening appointments to be available for students on IPL programmes, on Mondays and Wednesdays until 6.30pm.  You can book an appointment with her by contacting the i-zone (email i-zone@canterbury.ac.uk or phone 01227 782222), in the first instance.
