Professional Development Award (PDA)
PDA IN SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT (PDASM)
Members of staff who have attended the in-house Leadership Development Course with Lindsay Wright have an opportunity to gain accreditation for the skills and knowledge they have developed through the Edexcel Professional Development Award in Supervisory Management (PDASM).
This is a level 3 award jointly certificated on completion by Edexcel and Christ Church.
There are 5 modules based on the Leadership Development course with only Recruitment & Selection an addition. It is assessed internally and is portfolio based with no exams. Completion varies but takes an average of 8 months.
