Recruitment and Selection Training
Mandatory training for any member of staff who sits on an interview panel who has not previously attended training.

Brief outline:
It is University policy that no staff
member can sit on an interview panel without having undertaken
this training. The programme covers all stages of the
recruitment and selection process, from job analysis and design
through to interviewing and induction. It aims to give
participants a sound grounding in University procedures, the
wider legal framework and the practical skills involved.
