Brief outline:
Linked to the University Leadership Framework, these 2 days will offer you an opportunity to focus on your own personal development related to the Programme Director/Programme Leader role. You will explore what leadership means for you, have a chance to assess and develop - or refresh - your own leadership skills and reflect on how you can apply your learning to enhance your programme leadership role.
Lindsay has a great deal of experience in supporting those in a leadership role, especially academic leadership and understands the challenges well.
Participants must attend both days in full to maximise the benefit of attending.
