Effective Communication for Leaders & Managers
Brief outline:
An essential part of being an effective leader is being able to get our message across – to our teams, our peers and our managers. This becomes of increased importance in times of change and situations of complexity. We need to ensure that our style of communication is working to our best advantage, that people always understand what we mean and we use the best way to get our point across to others.
This seminar provides a practical introduction to the principles and practice of effective personal communications and is led by an experienced communications specialist very used to working with HE – Rosemary Stamp of Stamp Consulting.
All those in leadership roles are strongly encouraged to make use of this important development opportunity.
The seminar style will be highly interactive with a focus on group work, discussions, Q and A surgeries to address “live” issues plus action planning to support practical progress when participants return to the workplace.
