This workshop introduces the key skills for appraisers and is highly practical in nature. It provides appraisers with an opportunity to practice some of the skills that are required.

- Why preparation and planning matter
- The skills you need carry out appraisals to confidently and effectively
- How to support appraisees to ensure they get the most from the process
