This session is designed for senior staff, Heads of Departments, cost centre managers and any other staff responsible for monitoring monthly budget reports.

This short session will enable those responsible for budget management to correctly interpret information received in monthly management accounts reports and take action as required.

  • How to identify income and expenditure against budget
  • Phase your budget
  • Make adjustments if required
  • Understand the role of Management Accounts
