Induction for new Programme Directors
Brief outline:
Introduction to the role of Programme Director and useful information, resources and insights from other experienced Programme Directors and Quality & Standards staff and a discussion of how to balance the tensions inherent in the PD role. We will also take a look at Action Learning and hopefully post this event, may be able to set up an action learning set for new PDs.
