Mini Workshop Series:

Management - From Policy to Practice

A series of short sessions for busy managers, relating core people management policies to better management practice.

Brief outline:

This session will offer a brief overview of relevant policies, followed by discussion and use of case study scenarios enabling you to develop more of a proactive, rather than a reactive approach to your people management role.

Each session will last 2 hours and be highly practical with encouragement to share good practice and discussion of current issues you may face. 

Can also be delivered 'in house' to department management teams if required.
