Appraisal

Canterbury Christ Church University recognises that effective communication with staff is a vital element of supporting the achievement of individual, team and organisational goals. Appraisal is a key tool in achieving that aim, and one the University is committed to ensuring is used effectively at all levels.

The University has revised its appraisal policy and process as of September 2007 and also introduced a new process of contribution increments which is closely linked to appraisal.
