ECDL Qualification
The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is a certificate that
verifies your computer knowledge and practical computing skills. It is a
qualification that is recognised throughout Europe, and has been
designed to meet the needs of both employers and employees. ECDL is
being promoted in the UK by the British Computer Society.
In conjunction with the Learning and Teaching Enhancement Unit,
the University is committed to encouraging as many staff and students as
possible to gain this qualification in the near future. Where
appropriate, LTEU training courses are now focused on the ECDL syllabus.
