Department of Marketing

One of our main aims is to co-ordinate and to promote a strategic, institution wide approach to marketing planning and implementation and to ensure that the University’s positioning, values and Strategic Plan priorities are clearly communicated and reflected in everything that we do.

Our team of experienced Marketing Managers works directly with staff in faculties, campuses and support departments to:

  • identify the best opportunities to promote the University’s work and reputation to a wide range of audiences
  • plan out high impact marketing activity to maximise business and recruitment potential
  • deliver cost effective and professional digital, print and broadcast marketing material.

Much of our operational work is delivered in close collaboration with Design and Production in order to ensure:

  • Brand consistency across all marketing communications
  • Quality control
  • Cost control.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing Managers, our Market Research Officer also provides critical market intelligence and analysis to help shape future programmes and business services.
