Workforce Information
The Department for Human Resource & Organisational Development are happy to provide information about the University’s workforce to management and staff who have a valid reason for its requirement.
Any data that is disclosed for a valid
purpose is confidential and must be kept secure by the requester
of the data and only used for the purpose for which it is
intended. The information will be disclosed at the discretion of
the HR Manager (Workforce Information) in compliance with the
principles of the Data Protection Act (1998).

Requesting Information about the
University’s Workforce
To request information relating to the
workforce at the University’s, please complete a
request form and email it to
hr.workforce.information@canterbury.ac.uk.
Distributed Reports via Agresso
Business World
The Workforce Information team have been
working with the Agresso Support Team to set up reports that can
be run by end users using the Self Service function of the HR
database (Agresso Business World). The reports that are
currently set up are:

Future Leavers Report
Access to these reports is given to those who have a valid requirement for the information. For further information on how to gain access to these reports please read the Procedure Document.
