Fault Reporting
Please report all maintenance faults for rectification by Facilities Services via telephone to the Help dsk on extension ext 2325 (01227 782325) or via the Facilities Helpdesk email at:
facilities-helpdesk@canterbury.ac.uk
Buildings related faults may also be reported electronically over the internet via the below links. We recommend this method of reporting which may help your fault to be dealt with more quickly.
For emergency callouts outside of office hours, please contact the Security Lodge on 01227 782355 or ext. 2355.
When reporting faults, please be prepared to leave the below details:
- Name,
- Telephone number with
- An accurate description of the fault, and
- The exact location of the fault
Please NOTE: Without this information we may not be able to rectify the fault.
As a rule of thumb, if something is broken, then it is a maintenance fault, however if a cosmetic change is required, or a new installation is required, then it must be requested by your Head of Department via the Facilities Helpdesk
