Estates and Infrastructure
The University Estate currently covers in excess of 93,469m2 in Canterbury, 9541m2 at Salomons in Tonbridge, 7676m2 in Broadstairs and 8598m2 in Medway. The Estates and Infrastructure is responsible for all aspects of the Estate (including University residential buildings owned or leased) in Canterbury, Folkestone, Broadstairs and Medway and for non-routine aspects at Salomons. The total estate has an insured value in excess of £80 million.
