Facilities Services

The Facilities Administration Team provides comprehensive administration support for the facilities department and monitors the Facilities Helpdesk . The Team are responsible for the prompt and effective response to a wide range of Facilities enquiries, fault reports and general requests for Facilities information.

The Helpdesk is a single point of call for all Facilities Services enquiries and to supplement online the fault reporting facility.

The Helpdesk is manned from 9.00 - 5.00hrs every working day. All calls outside of these hours will be picked up by a voicemail service which is checked each morning and calls are responded to promptly.

In the case of out of hours emergencies the caller is directed by the voicemail service to contact Security.

All enquires to the Helpdesk will be forwarded to the appropriate section of the Facilities Department. A call related to each enquiry is raised on Sunrise or reported as a fault on the departments property maintenance system, Planon.

We are always happy to receive your feedback and enquiries and will respond to any issues at the earliest opportunity and in line with the response priority guidelines set out in the department Service Level Statement

The Administration Team strive to respond to all enquires within 1 hour but at least within 24hrs. Emergency issues will always be given priority.
