Department Structure
In order to meet the long term requirements of the institution, to deliver best value and to strengthen the provision of facilities services, a restructure of the managerial and reporting lines for the overall department was implemented in April 2009. This restructure took into account the significant changes in the estate and the facilities support needed to manage an extended estates portfolio and major capital developments. The restructure bought together all facilities services into one department of two sections, Operational Services and Estates and Infrastructure.
