Technical Services Team
The Technical Services team:
- Implements new Corporate Information Systems;
- Support production services;
- Provide internal consultancy on corporate databases;
- Look after Corporate Information security, business continuity and incident response.
We are dedicated to excellence in service, providing systems that are well-managed and achieve maximum security, availability and performance. We achieve this through a well-rounded suite of services to supplement and add value to strong database administration. We treat the database, server, and applications as a whole offering specialist technical & application support, installation and the integration of corporate systems across the university.
