Cause for Care & Concern (SS&G) - Online Submission of Proforma In progress Streamlined business process supported by technology for referring 'at risk' students to Student Support and Guidance. Helps University meet student retention targets.
CMP Student cutover In progress Client Management Project, student cutover delayed from July 2010. Main beneficiaries will be students who will have access to enhanced account management facilities and improved access to electronic services. Includes implementation of new Access Control Policy for student open access areas.
Conference and Events Website In Progress

Counselling Online Registration Form In progress Enable students to request a counselling slot online (aim is to increase take up of counselling services by young males).
Institutional Repository In progress Implementation phase led by Library, CIS responsible for ensuring SSO and the integration of the IR into the Research pages of the Corporate website.
ISS Project In progress Improvements to Sunrise Call Logging system and Knowledge Base. New interface to enable calls raised in Sunrise to pass through into Planon, and closed calls to be reflected back into Sunrise. Major beneficiaries are students, ISS and Facilities Management team.
Scientia/ CABS Interface In progress New interface to synchronise bookings in CABS CHAMBERLAIN at the Salomon's Centre with those in Syllabus + . Removes need for double entry, improves services for staff and students.

Transcripts, Academic Summary & Profiles In progress The University currently issues an EDS only upon request, but is committed to issuing an EDS automatically from 2010. It becomes a legal requirement for HEIs to produce and issue EDS to all their final year students with effect from 2010/2011.
CMP staff cutover / new HR business processes / Company merger Investigation Final CMP cutover and decommission of outdated and failing CliReg system. Includes implementation of new Access Control Policy for staff.
Integrate Tuition Fee payments / Arrangements to Pay with Agresso Self Service & re-enrol Investigation Make it compulsory for students to pay or make an arrangement to pay before they can complete online pre-registration and re-registration.
Online Store Investigation Online shop to sell University Goods and Services to students, staff and external parties. Initial focus will be on automating the various methods of manual cash collection.
Upgrade ABW 5.6 Not Started Annual upgrade to ensure necessary software updates are in place to process payroll year end in April 2011.
Programme & Module Administration (PMA) Project Paused Two year project. Modernise business processes that manage the design, validation and re-validation of programmes and modules, implement a major new system and set up workflows to automate new business processes.
