  • AV services to staff and students at Canterbury, Broadstairs and Chatham campuses.

Central Purchasing and Administration:

  • centralised purchasing of computing equipment
  • conference account management
  • Administration of Computing Services Department

Non Computing Services purchased equipment

Computing Services provide support for all Computing Equipment purchased through the Computing Services Department. Outside of this, the following conditions apply.

Personal equipment owned by an individual i.e. not the University: no support is provided.

University equipment purchased without or against the advice of the Computing Services department: the nature of support offered will depend upon the type of equipment purchased and may vary from no support to full support.

University equipment purchased with the advice of Computing Services: full support will be provided.
