Working at Home:
Staff required to
regularly work from home may be provided with a laptop
purchased by their department. They may also use a
personally owned computer.
Computing Services are not able to support personally owned computers nor home internet connections. CCCU laptops will be supported, but need to be taken to one of the Campuses. A call should still be logged with the i-Zone.
Staff working from home may be able to access their N: and shared drives by using CCCU Virtual Private Network (VPN). Email can be accessed via Outlook Web Mail or via VPN.
