Project Update
Redevelopment work started in Laud at the end of June 2009.
7 new teaching rooms with AV facilities have now been completed,
and a further 5 teaching areas will be available from 19
October, one of which will be an IT training room.
In addition, a staff hot desk room(Lg14) will be available in
from mid October.
Work on the gym re-development started at the beginning of July
2009. This is due for completion by 12 October.
IT Facilities
The re-developed Laud building will consist of a number of bookable teaching rooms, including an IT training room. These will all have AV facilities.
From October 12th there will also be a Hot Desk room available with approximately 20 PCs for staff.
In addition, Computing Service’s User Technology team will be moving into this area on 15 October 2009.
