Computing Faults and Problems:

For staff problems with a PC, printer, projector, laptop, logon, wireless connection or software issue. The first place to contact for assistance is the IT Service Point either by telephone on ext. 2626 (01227 782626) or by email  to: it-service@canterbury.ac.uk

The technical staff here are experienced at first line support and can in many cases resolve any issues you may have at first point over the phone. If you have a complex query which the IT Service Point cannot fix at the first line, they will pass it to the correct technical team to help resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Classroom Emergencies:

For Classroom Emergencies please use the dedicated emergency line on ext. 2344
