Remote Desktop Services (RDS) provides a way of connecting to a University Desktop (via a standard Internet connection).
This service allows users to access their computing profile, documents and a wide range of University systems, software and resources, enabling users to work from a remote location, external to the University network.
Human Resources and Finance Staff:
HR and Finance Staff will require their Head of Department to
authorise and request this service on their behalf via the IT
Service Point on ext. 2626.
