What Can You Expect in Return?

  • The ABW Systems team will be available and agresso.support@canterbury.ac.uk will be monitored between 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 5pm on a Friday
  • Telephone calls for Critical and Quick Fix problems will be accepted, for all others users will be told to e-mail agresso.support@canterbury.ac.uk
  • All e-mails will be logged in the ABW Systems Team Log. This is stored on a local drive, please contact the team should you require access.
  • A reference number, ABW Systems team assigned priority, proposed start date and estimated time for resolution will be e-mailed to the user
  • The Issues Log will be reviewed weekly by the ABW Systems Team Leader and regular contact will be kept with the user who raised the call
  • A user should contact the ABW Systems Team Leader if they have any queries or concerns about their call
