How do I change my password when I'm in Agresso?

I have a problem with terminal services, who should I contact?

Contact the Agresso Systems Team in the first instance, if necessary we will then contact the CIS team

How do I access the test system?

To access magenta, sign into terminal services in the normal way and click on Agresso Test.

To access sienna, sign into terminal server orange (open up an internet explorer page and type orange in the address bar) and click on Agresso Test.

Why are there so many Agresso servers?

Why can't I view someone else's report?

Due to the sensitive nature of certain reports that are run in Agresso, we have disabled this feature. Unfortunately we can't create groups or give access on a user by user basis, it's all or nothing.

Why can't I see a browser that someone else has written?

The most likely answer to this is that the user who created the report has saved it as Personal. They will need to resave it as global in order for you to be able to see it.

My Excelerator option in Excel has disappeared, how do I get it back?

Click on Tools and then Add-Ins. If the Excelerator option is listed in there, click in the tick box and then click OK. If not, click on browse and browse to c:\Program Files\AGRESSO Report Engine (or Excelerator) and select the agrxl or xp add in.
