UK Engagement Survey (UKES)
The UKES explores how you have been supported to engage with your course and develop your knowledge and skills.
It is the only nationally benchmarked student survey for non-final year students that directly explores how you are finding your course.
The survey focuses on:
- Your engagement with the learning materials
- How far you have been able develop your skills through working independently and with others
- Your interaction with academic staff and support services.
The UKES helps us to see what your student experience is like and how we might continue to improve the way we support students.
Importantly for you, it gives you an opportunity to shape your own student experience.
As a thank you for taking part there are incentives on offer.
It only takes around 5 minutes to complete, and the information you give remains confidential.
The survey is live from 1 February to 30 April 2018. Click here to take part.
How are results used?
The results of the UKES will help us to decide what changes need to be made to improve your student experience in the ways that matter most – supporting your learning. So you could see your feedback making a real difference.
How do I know if I am eligible to complete the UKES?
This survey is for Level 4 and 5.
You’re eligible for the UKES if you are studying on a programme of at least one year leading to an undergraduate qualification (such as Bachelor’s Degree, Foundation degree, Higher Education Certificate or Diploma).
Can I opt out?
