Partners in learning

Partners in Learning is a one-of-a-kind University initiative, putting you in the driver’s seat of your learning experience.

Through Partners in Learning, you will join a community of students and staff who are passionate about making your time at university the best it can be.

Your ideas matter and we believe you should have the opportunity to turn those ideas into reality. You can do this by undertaking a project, designed and championed by you, or by contributing your ideas and experience as a student, to advise the University across a range of subjects.

Training and support is available for each Partners in Learning student, as well as access to a wide range of personal and professional development workshops throughout the year. There is a range of opportunities depending on how much time you wish to commit, some of which are paid leadership positions

To express an interest or suggest a project idea, please email partnersinlearning@canterbury.ac.uk.

Or check out what our current students have been up to on our blog: https://blogs.canterbury.ac.uk/partnersinlearning.

"Through the scheme I have also had the opportunity to present at national and University conferences and to members of staff and departments across the University."

Ben Harvey Sporle, American Studies PHD Student
