Replacement certificates or transcripts
Current or former students may request duplicate or replacement copies of degree transcripts (previously known as Diploma Supplements) and/or degree certificates.
Requests and payment should be made via the University Online Shop.
Confirmation of programme of study and results obtained, including module marks and final award.
Basic transcripts are charged at £10.00 for the first (original) copy. For subsequent copies, ordered at the same time, there is a charge of £2.00 per copy.
There is no charge if requested within one year of completing your programme.
Also includes extracts copied from the validation document that give information about the module(s) and programme, are charged at £35.00 for the first (original) copy. For subsequent copies, ordered at the same time, there is a charge of £5.00 per copy. Please note that it may not be possible to produce a full transcript for students who studied at Christ Church prior to 1991 when electronic records were introduced; you are advised therefore to order a Basic transcript.
Duplicate Degree Certificates
These are charged at £25.00.
For students who attended the University before 1992, we ask that you contact the i-zone on 01227 922222 prior to sending your certificate requests as you may be required to apply directly to another Institution for your duplicate certificate.
In exceptional circumstances, where payment cannot be made online, it may be possible to make a manual application and payment in person via the i-zone at Augustine House, Canterbury.
Your document(s) will be sent to you within 28 days of completing the University Online Shop
application and payment.
