Biography
Dr Jim Butcher, PhD (Birmingham), MPhil (Birmingham), MA (Coventry), BA, holds higher degrees from the Universities of Coventry and Birmingham, and completed his PhD at the latter in 2004. He is a Fellow of the RSA.
Research & Scholarly Interests
Dr Butcher's research intersts lie in the sociology and politics of contemporary tourism and in leisure, sport and the social inclusion agenda.
