Dr Hayley Mills is a Chartered Exercise and Sport Psychologist (British Psychological Society & Health Professions Council). She graduated from the University of Surrey with both a Psychology BSc (Hons) and an MSc in Health Psychology. She went on to complete a PhD in Exercise and Health Psychology at the University of Gloucestershire. Hayley obtained her PGCHE at Canterbury Christ Church University where she is employed as a lecturer.
