Our range of courses are multi-disciplinary and allows students to study sport science, tourism and leisure from physiological, psychological, sociological, management and policy studies perspectives. Students in the department have the opportunity to:

What can you study?

A range of undergraduate BA/BSc Degrees covering the scientific, social scientific and management aspects of sport, tourism and leisure is available:

• Sport and Exercise Science (Single or Combined Honours)
• Physical Education and Sport Exercise Science (Single Honours)
• Sport and Exercise Psychology (Single or Combined Honours)
• Sport and Leisure Management (Single Honours)
• Tourism Management (Single Honours)
• Event Management (Single Honours)
• Applied Health and Fitness (Single Honours)
• Tourism and Leisure Studies (Combined Honours)

Combined Honours programmes can be studied alongside another programme within the department or alongside a programme in a different department. Previous popular choices for Combined Honours combinations have been with Geography, Business Studies, Marketing and Sports Science.
