In order to provide a comprehensive mediation service, we have a panel of experienced lead mediators who are accredited by either the Law Society and/or the Bar Council.

Associate mediators are accredited co-mediators who are currently under supervision until they meet the full criteria to become a panel member in the clinic.

Please note that Dave Owen, Nigal Clarke and Daniel Bennett are all able to carry out Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings
