Local solicitors firms were also represented and a good number of staff from CCCU attended including the Vice Chancellor, members of the HR department and student support as well as the university solicitor.
The general impression following the launch of the clinic is that it has been favourably received. Arranged through the university's external relations department, Ben Waters gave a live interview to BBC Radio Kent on Monday 10th December 2007 and he has also been interviewed for Invicta FM and the Kentish Gazette.
Articles have appeared in the Canterbury Adscene, Times HE and The Lawyer. Other sections of the media have shown an interest in the project and more interviews will undoubtedly follow.
