500 word abstracts are sought now, leading to Papers, Posters and Management Summaries relating to industrial experience, case studies, collaborative academic / industrial papers and academic papers to be sent to Margaret Ross

This year, as before, three kinds of submission are invited:

A formal paper on a case study or of a research nature from industrial and/or academic authors

A management summary from practitioner authors

Poster Presentations & Demonstrations

Full papers are required by December 2003, in camera ready form, to be sent to Margaret Ross. The papers will be reviewed by at least three referees. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings which will be available to delegates and will be published internationally.
For management summaries and posters, peer review is on the basis of the two-page management summary and a sample of the presenter's visual material.
The final version of both accepted papers and management summaries should be received by Margaret Ross by the end of January 2004
