Research Interests

My background and PhD are in sociocultural psychology, focusing on the developmental relationship between language, culture, and cognition. My current interests and research fall under the broad heading of Holistic Psychology, and include the relationship between traditional psychologies and contemporary psychology, the psychophysiology of mindfulness, and the use of applied mindfulness techniques such as IRECA for improving health, well-being and cognitive performance.
