Welcome to the Department of Psychology, Politics and Sociology

Do you have an enquiring mind and an interest in the world around you? The Department of Psychology, Politics and Sociology brings together a range of disciplines that encourage a greater understanding of social issues, human behaviour and the ever-changing political landscape.

We offer undergraduate programmes in Psychology, Sociology, Politics and International Relations and Politics and Governance. Our postgraduate programmes include offering professional trainings in applied psychology, as well as research opportunities in Politics and International Relations.

Our courses promote analytic and conceptual skills, sharp thinking and an understanding of research, all of which are essential in today’s workplace. Teaching in all disciplines is complemented by staff who are engaged in a wide range of research activity.
