Dr Louise Goodbody is a clinical psychologist who is Director of Year 2 training. She gained her first degree in Psychology and English at the University of Keele, and her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology is from Exeter University, where she also had her first job in training. She went on to work for the clinical psychology course at the University of East London before joining the Salomons team in 1999.
In her NHS work, Louise specialises in work with adults with mental health difficulties in secondary and tertiary settings, in addition to which she has spent a number of years in management. She has pursued further courses of study in social constructionist systemic work with families and organizations, and is active in the development of Community Psychology.
Since January 2005, Louise has worked as part of the Practice Consultancy Team one day a week on the Connexions and EAP projects.
