Sharing information and opinions helps learning but any personal information shared in the group remains confidential to the group.
Respect for different opinions, experience and life situation
People have different life experiences and different opinions. It's ok to hold different opinions but opinions need to be expressed in a respectful way which promotes learning.
Participation
Participation promotes learning but no one should feel obliged to take part or answer a question.
Keeping to the task
Teaching sessions must meet the learning outcomes set at the beginning of the session keeping to this task enables better learning.
