Supervision of groups
Groups of practitioners may identify a need for supervision within a particular service, a particular client group, or a particular setting. This can be provided following assessment of need and objectives. An example of this supervision provided to residential care workers on issues relating to sexuality and maintaining boundaries.
Such supervision could be provided monthly and contracted for one year with a review at mid-point.
