This project aims to encourage inactive young people to become more active on a regular basis.
The evaluation aims to explore young people’s barriers, motivations, perceptions, attitudes and aspirations towards physical activity and sport. Utilising mainly qualitative methods including site visits, focus groups and interviews to capture insight and inform programme development.
