Building upon spear’s previous evaluation of Skills2Play/Sport this project evaluated two initiatives (Skills2Play and Coach Mentoring) which aim to supplement PE, school sport and physical activity workforce training to facilitate provision of high quality developmental physical activity opportunities.
Through provision of training and resources, Skills2Play aims to increase high quality developmental opportunities in relation to physical literacy for children in primary schools. Coach Mentor training aims to enhance the ability of coaches working in schools to mentor and train other members of the school workforce.
