Profile summary

I have over thirty years experience in legal education. I've published widely in the areas of business law in practice, comparative law and governance and in learning and teaching issues.

I act as a consultant to the Capital Markets Authority in Oman; am a Director of the Ukrainian Academy of Banking, International Centre for Banking and Corporate Governance and act as a consultant to The World Council for Corporate Governance.

I have supervised a number of students to PhD completion and acted as External and Internal Examiner for PhD vivas.

I've been awarded/nominated for:
