Your new staff smartcard
The process of issuing a smartcard to all members of staff is ongoing and to date, approximately half of University staff have been issued with a card. We would like to remind staff of the benefits present and future that can be obtained by having a staff smartcard.

Your smartcard offers you:
- Clear visual association with Canterbury Christ Church University
- Entry to Augustine House and Rochester House
- Access to all multifunctional devices - printers/copiers/scanners
- It replaces the Staff Association card and enables the use of catering facilities. (to activate this feature please contact the Facilities Helpdesk on 2325). For more information see Staff Association.
- Staff with a current Library account may add this functionality to their smartcard by emailing their staff ID to library.systems@canterbury.ac.uk
