St Gregory's Project is an initiative which aims at making international standards of music performance and education available to our students and staff, and to the community as a whole.
This increased access to world-class music will be achieved primarily through a major redevelopment of the University's Centre for Music, sited at the Church of St Gregory the Great, Canterbury.
Supported by partnerships with organisations including the Southbank Sinfonia and ClassicFM, St Gregory's church will host an extensive programme of music performances, workshops and educational outreach.
It will become a venue in which talented musicians can develop their full potential and where people of all ages and abilities from the surrounding community can participate in and enjoy listening to music.
